"Spring" from Beauty for All Seasons
This image was shot overhead from the 2nd story balcony with the model laying down on her back on top of a season-specific tarp and props.
Camera: Panasonic GH2
Lens: Olympus 75mm f/1.8
Aperture: f/8
Shutter: 1/160
ISO: 200
Each of the four seasons depicts its own unique look and style as well as lighting. For Spring, I wanted a softer look where the light wraps and glow while remaining directional.
To accomplish this, I had an Einstein strobe with a 22" front-socked silver beauty dish that is positioned close to the model and feathered across her face. There is a white bounce card camera left to lift the shadows.
