Main Light - 120x80 cm softbox or 120 cm or bigger octabox. should be slightly feathered away from the subject.
Fill light - 120 cm white or silver umbrella behind the photographer. Should be 1 and 1/2 stop weaker than main light.
Rim Light - 80 cm or bigger silver reflector
Lens - 85 or 90 mm focal length on a full frame camera
