The subjects are on a table placed on a dark background. The camera is placed in front and above the table angled down and out to show the food. There is a hard light placed to the left of the subject and above to cast a harsher highlight and hard shadow. Another softer light is placed to the right of the camera and lower to give a soft highlight to the shadows on the right side of the subject and brighten the background on the right side a bit. A reflector is used on the right side to bounce the light onto the subjects on the right side of the table such as the glass and fruit so they aren't completely black in the shadows.
