The lightbulb next to the plate is on a slightly higher level, while the light source at the back of the photographer is a ceiling light to diminish any sharp shadows from the back of the plate. The light source next the the food has a higher yellow tinge while the ceiling light has a more cold emission of light. The camera is hand-held, little bit zoomed in on the subject to en-capture more of the textures of the dish as well as it's composition.
