You know what to do.
1. Background is not too important but preferably it should be clean and white, a wall (subject at least 500cm in front).
2. Within the hospital this would likely be a fluorescent overhead light, the light should be about 500cm in front of your subject not directly above. (otherwise the shadows will be too strong).
3. if shooting on a phone zoom in just a little so that the subject doesn’t look stretched out.
4. make sure the camera is shooting at the highest resolution possible.
5.The camera should be perpendicular to the ground, no funny angles.
6. Framing your subject (keep space around the subject similar to the images provided).
