Shoot & Eat

Strobists:
• This was shot in my bathtub, the outmost reflectors are for the bathtub’s surface
• Both flashes are SB-28, I haven’t noted the power ratios but you’ve got the EXIF on the photo so it should be easy to reproduce knowing the exposure
• Used white sheets of paper for diffusion

Cookers:
• Put a frying pan to heat with some very good olive oil
• Take a crêpe (can be an already cooked one like this one was) and put it in the pan when oil is warm
• Let the crêpe warm a bit and put an egg inside. Spread the egg-white so it’s not too thick on the crêpe and can cook quickly.
• While the egg-white is cooking, cut a slice of cooked ham into small pieces and scatter them on the crêpe
• Increase the heat slightly and cover the egg and ham with grated cheese when the egg-white is almost cooked. Do not let the crêpe burn!
• When the cheese has melted, put on a bit of crême fraîche and spread it all over the cheese. Let it melt too.
• Add some fresh basil and rocket salad
• Fold the crêpe and serve hot
