On this setup, I used a sheet of paper as a reflector, but not sure it had any effect on the lighting...
The softbox (a 28" Apollo from Westcott) is about 40cm (~16") from the subject with a YN560 speedlight at low power and at 24mm zoom.
The camera is about 1 meter (~40") from the subject with the following settings: 1/125, f/2.8, ISO 320, 50mm.
